The Isiala Mbano representative, observed that the worst hit are Umuokpara and Nkwo-mbaa Communities in Ugirike Ward of  Ugiri Clan, Isiala Mbano LGA.

He maintained that the communities mentioned have the major link road which runs  across several communities in the Local Government and further connect  to Ehime Mbano,Ihitte-Mboma and Obowo LGAs, respectively and leading to Abia State.

The Lawmaker  lamented that food crisis is imminent as majority of people living in those areas are mainly farmers and traders who are now finding it very difficult to convey their farm produce and other goods outside their clan due to the bad nature of the road.
